◆龍門滾鍍?cè)O(shè)備主要應(yīng)用于小型工件的批量電鍍，設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)如下：
1）行車設(shè)有接水盤裝置，防止?jié)L桶和工件帶出的液體交叉污染槽液。
2）行車設(shè)有脫水機(jī)械，當(dāng)滾桶被提起后，脫水機(jī)械帶動(dòng)滾桶旋轉(zhuǎn)，使?jié)L桶和工件上藏有的液體滴回原站位，減少鍍液的浪費(fèi)。
3）滾桶的裝卸料采用自動(dòng)裝置完成，并可與后處理機(jī)械手自動(dòng)銜接，減少人為設(shè)置錯(cuò)誤，降低人工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。
4）滾桶設(shè)有自動(dòng)稱重裝置，整流機(jī)可根據(jù)滾桶的裝載量自動(dòng)設(shè)定電流。
5）滾桶轉(zhuǎn)軸和蓋板的花式設(shè)計(jì)，有效的防止?jié)L桶卡貨或夾貨，提高電鍍的良品率。
◆Gantry Type Barrel Plating Equipment mainly for small size, high volume plating, design feature as follow
1）Hoist with containment tray to prevent contamination due to dragging of solution from barrel and parts
2）Hoist comes with drying mechanism, when barrel if lift up, drying mechanism and rotating the barrel and force the solution drip back to tank, reduce loss of plating solution
