Hot Wire Ignition test is a type of resistance test to fire for materials of 

enclosures and decorative parts. 

The sample is put on a specified stand and an element wire is winded 

around the material to be tested.

? Element Wire 80% Nickel and 20% Chromium – 3 bobbins included 

? Power consumption app. 0.3 W/mm 

? PLC with time intervals and burning time for sample 

? Flame sensor indicates start/stop burning 

? Digital display with preset testing alternatives 

? 16 test results are memorized in the PLC 

? Variable transformer 

? Start and stop button for testing 

? Stand for the sample 

? Digital A- and V-meter 

? Terminal to connect the element wire
