應(yīng)注意三方面的參數(shù):
1. 械安裝尺寸,包括定位止口,軸徑,安裝孔位;電纜出線方式;安裝空間體積;工作環(huán)
境防護(hù)等級(jí)是否滿足要求。
2. 分辨率,即編碼器工作時(shí)每圈輸出的脈沖數(shù),是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)使用精度要求。
3.電氣接口,編碼器輸出方式常見(jiàn)有推拉輸出(F 型HTL 格式),電壓輸出(E),集電極開(kāi)
路(C,常見(jiàn)C 為NPN 型管輸出,C2 為PNP 型管輸出),長(zhǎng)線驅(qū)動(dòng)器輸出。其輸出方式應(yīng)和其
控制系統(tǒng)的接口電路相匹配。
