用途：主要用于泡棉，布類，PVC，EVA，上膠貼合，制鞋，制帽，手套，手提包，皮衣，沙發(fā)，汽車坐墊等原料的上膠貼合。特點：1.    整機設(shè)計注重強化性能的穩(wěn)定和安全檢制。2.    根據(jù)布料和膠水的不同要求，量身定做各種規(guī)格的硬烙上膠輪，有效提高貼合品質(zhì)，減少脫水的損耗。3.    采用氣缸取代彈簧壓輪，提高機械整體速度4.    本機是在吸取TH-120A立式單膠槽貼合機和同類先進(jìn)機型的優(yōu)點后再對傳統(tǒng)彈簧壓輪進(jìn)行改良的成果。技術(shù)參數(shù)：電源：    380V/35KW動力：  3HP+2HP加熱滾筒規(guī)格：Φ1200mm*1830mm工作寬度：1700mm工作速度：0-30碼/分鐘主機尺寸：7200*2600*2400mm重量：3000/kg 

 

Function:This machine is used for the glue lamination of foam， fabrics， PVC， EVA as well as the materials for making shoes， cups， gloves， handbags， leather garments， sofa， seat cushions of the car and etc.  Features:1. The design of the complete machine emphasizes on the stable performance and secure supervision.2.  According to the request of the cloth and the glue， a variety of specification chromium rollers are made by measurement， which improved the lamination quality effectively and decreased the glue consumption.3.  It adopts the steel belt of high temperature resistance on hard chromium roller and the process of pressing cloth proceeds evenly.4.  Replacing the spring pressing roller with the cylinder， which raises the whole speed.6.
